The bike was transformer, turned like the tyres were razor thin, great composure in the corners twice as accurate, until you hit a bump at which point it the rear end would try and spit you out of th...

young Lewis is a very talented fella . . . but which other leading sports 'personality' can you name who's seemingly incapable of making a public appearance without his effin father? WTF is the ITV's obsession Anthony Hamilton? why would he be of any interest to anyone beyond his immediate family? ...

you could still have renthal bars with 'blade stanchions. In fact renthal bars with any forks. Thats the advantage of building a special. However i would suggest that if you find a suitable set of forks and yokes then you don't have to worry so much about wheel spacers, caliper fittings and wheels e...

I did something similar last year involving a myopic prck who couldn't even be bothered to stop after he clipped me. Anyway, I was slightly less lucky than you as I dented the tank also. I've elected to ride it around 'grazed' until it comes time to sell. You may have to take the DS approach for the...

I can see how an optimiser helps but as I ride mine virtually every day you would think it wouldn't need one. Park it up most nights at 7.30pm and then start it the next day at around 6.30am. Anyway, the battery is now as flat as a witch's preverbial so the optimiser will be on this evening anyway. ...

Re: Cold. Very Cold

Anyone else having trouble starting in the mornings? Yeah, although I'm much better after a cuppa. its very odd. somewhat frustrating as I ended up getting the train in today which as a potential one off is a very expensive way to travel, I guess this is what is referred to as 'character'.

Also is the firestorm susceptible to carb icing? Had a couple of less than fun moments with it cutting out towards the start of my ride into work.
