bastid bike delivery :/

Post by benny hedges »

just had a very frustrating fonecall regarding the delivery of my new horse.
seeing as ive booked thursday & friday off i was dreading them ringing at the last minute to postpone :/

sure enough about half a hr ago.....

just need to have a little chat about the delivery of your new bike and collection of your trade-in....
what it is, our driver is coming up from surrey and it's quite a long way....
unfortunately he is an early starter so would it be too much hassle if we rearrange the drop off for say 7.30am???

8O DONT FKIN DO THAT TO ME YOU flowers LOL!

so i explained yes, that will be fine, but the only thing is, my insurance for the new bike only starts at 9.00 am, so i will have to sit looking at it for 1 1/2hrs before i can ride it :Ball Kick:

anyway, i just got in to find some goodies have arrived.... r&g tail tidy, rear seat cowl, evotech radiator guard, hrc hugger and my new alarm - so i will have something to keep me occupied, but i can guarantee you, by 9.00.01 seconds, my lid will be on and i'll be out on it!

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Is that the compensation for it not being delivered.

All good things come to those that wait.

yeah, torture to sit and dribble for 90 mins, but far worse to not have it for a couple of super sunny days. Not that in anyway I am envious, of course not,

At least it might be the last time you will have to that as their reliability is very good. Just think if it was a Ducati, they make them so beautiful cause u spend more time looking at them broken down at the side of the road

fall off this one and get it repaired by the same place, you could have an Aprilia RSV4 or S1000RR this time next year don't think there are many more bike upgrades after that.

Lovely bike and loads of extra goodies to go on it, will we be seeing it on the Wales run, or is the storm up and running.
