does anyone know of a different mastercylinder that would fit. My lever has alot of travel before the brakes start to work. ive got braided hoses and dunlop pads any ideas chaps

There shouldn't be much travel at all mate
How are your hoses configured (2 lines from the master cylinder or 1 to right hand caliper and one looped over the top)

Could well still have air in it or the pistons are not moving freely

Or a disk could be slightly warped


But in reply to your question, SP1/2 cylinders fit, as do kawasaki ones

Or you could see if Dels AP one is still up for grabs

cheers Ben, the lines are both out of the master cylinder, the disc run out is within honda speck. so im a bit lost
