Wayne Bowen retiring (shop closing)

Post by masakabassist »

So today I went to pick up a few bits and pieces for the VTR from Wayne Bowen (Treorchy - http://www.waynebowen.co.uk) and I was given the sad news by Wayne himself; they're closing down. I've used the store quite a bit and have found them professional and helpful. There are some amazing deals to be had if you fancy a VFR1200, CBR600RR or a CBR1000, all of them are down to trade price. I'm sure there will be deals on gear so it maybe wise to give them a ring if you want anything. They're shutting permantly at 1700hrs this Saturday (30/07/2011) so you've still got some time.

Ask them if they have any Storm spares on a deal?

I'm sure we could bang together a group buy if there's lots of parts available.
Gaskets, bodywork, engine parts, bolt-ons, any parts, really.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I'll call in on Friday as I fancy some new gear. If we all get a list together I'm sure we could get a discount.
