It is funny because living here, surrounded by the millions of laws and regulations, i know that there is absultely no way that it would get through the TUV Test (MOT). I failed my first one as there was no reflector on my tail tidy.

I do think that it is one rule for the Brits and one for the Germans!

It looks like a damaged repairable, I like fighters but dont think the firestorm makes a good one.

My theory is they build the seat at that really steep angle so that when they wheelie the bike they're sitting level, rather than having to hang on in fear of sliding off the back  Do you get my drift :?:

Chris.

PS. Apart from the rear end I like the bike too 8)

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
