top hats

top hats

have any of you good gents got a pair of top hats that fit into the front petrol tank mounts? i have the rubbers but missing the metal inners?

I dont think there top hats
Spacers that look like cuttings of small pipe
I losted one and replaced it with a cuting
told you not to but oh no you knew better

I'll have a look later in my Top Hat collection Rob...Thing is there are loads of different sizes on the bike...I'll give you a shout a bit later after I have had a rake & checked sizes...

Rob after a good rake...I dont have the correct ones that fit as should but I can sort you out some others...

The rim is a bit smaller, the tube is a bit longer, so would need trimming, they are the correct size to fit in the rubber & for the bolt to fit.

So if you trim them down as long as they are flush with the top of the rubber they will be OK...

Let me know if you want them & I'll stick 'em in the post...
