I was laying on it on my back painting and the ferking thing fell off the wall with me on it and a right angle shelf bracket got me in the chest as I fell with it onto the floor. I had an extra ambulance called out as they needed another crew to help lift me up on the stretcher over the counter

With cheese   It wombles hurt because they where galvanised steel shelf brackets still attached to the stainless steel shelf which turned over and done me in the chest as I fell with it and landed on a bracket. That was years ago when I was younger, decorating a pizza take away. The shelf was only designed to take the weight of pizza box's

That looks jaggerdy - that's the latest x-ray?

You okay getting shopping, wiping your elbow & turning book pages?

Sleeping with that must be fun!
