Greetings from Enfield Stormer!!!

Post by sebek1979 »

Hello!!! This is my baby. Blue 02reg FireStorm, but in fact this is '99 model with smaller fuel tank and old dash. The bike rides superb, but I need some changes to be made. Just to keep me happy. I have searched this forum for a couple of days and get an idea what needs to be done... :D

Looks nice and unmolested, so now you can set about fixing that :D

Shame about the colour though

Blimey! - A rare example indeed. No, not the colour, or the fact it has the original cans...

I'm referring to the chain adjustment decal on the adjuster plate.

I mean...who still has one of those on their Firestorm!?? :P

Looking good though...

Thank you very much, indeed :D

My bike is pretty standard. Previous owner fitted Datatool Alarm, crash bungs, heated grips and drilled silencers for "safety" reasons

My "to do" list is short:
- manual CCT's (to protect the engine and my wallet)
- mirror extenders (standard mirrors are not perfect)
- some really loud cans (not sure which ones though)

Any ideas?

Welcome, another north london storm!
Has the regulator rectifier been upgraded? That can be another little "experience" like all hondas of the period.

As for pipes lots to choose from, mine are loud with the baffles in and silly without! As a guy on a rideout said "Love your bike, hate your pipes"
You are not too far from me if you want to hear them I am sure we can arrange something.
