A66 Saturday

Post by tattie »

A Yellow one in a group of 5 bikes heading East on A66 between Bowes and Brough around 2.00pm on Sat.

+ Another Yellow one with a Silver one in a group of 3 bikes about 1 min behind them also heading East.

That could well have been the Op Storm group though most of the bikes were Storms

I am sure others will be along to confirm or deny

Hi Flatline,
The others in the group could have been Storms as well, not sure, as trying to keep my eye on the road.
The wife just shakes her head when I put the window down as bikes approach and I listen to them passing. (sad I know)

Cheers

that sounds like us in the front group, should have been silver storm, yellow storm, black storm then blue fazer and yellow Aprilia
. the 2nd group of 3 was Gabi, Darren on storms and Ady on his BMW

I was sleeping on the tank so might have missed you waving

The wife has drawn the line at me waving at bikes although sometimes I do feel the urge to put the hand out the window, giving a throttle twisting action ( I know need help!!).

It is always good to get an acknowledgement from a biker for moving over to let them past and for being observant.

Hope you all had a good run out.

Cheers
