Good reading, and it solved the open issue of "did he poke the bonkers frenchie"

I love his outlook on life... No TV and just doing things that he finds fun

What tickled me was the bit about how he wants to run his 1942 Lancaster bomber engine in his front room

Quote
“I gave the Merlin engine a bit too many revs and it took off, destroying a set of stairs.”
“My Merlin engine is out of a 1942 Lancaster bomber and is fully running, as we found out. I fired it up in the truck yard garage and gave it a bit too many revs, which ended up in it taking off, trailer and all, and destroying a set of stairs. The boss wasn’t too happy.

“I’m going to get a fuel and oil tank built into the wall of my house so I can run it in the front room, although I’ll bolt it securely to the floor!

Good read that. So he's named Guy after Sqn Ldr Guy Gibson of 617 Squadron, thats also where the 617 comes from in my username :D
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!
