Thanks everybody for your messages, to answer to some of them: I am from Treviso, 20 Km out of Venice, north east part of Italy. I have been to Monza but only to drive a car never with my bike, I do use it only on the road (for the moment) :D . If anyone is planning to come to Italy with bike I'll be more than happy to suggest some nice itinerary on here, we do have some very interesting places to see
I am pretty sure I'll find some interesting things in this forum, in Italy VTR is not so common , people here likes CBR better, so I'll grow up with your experiences :D
Ciao everybody

It's pretty flat around there isn't it? Do you have to go far for good riding roads?

ok, Davide, one last rental link:

These guys can rent you BMW. Not a Super Hawk/Firestorm, but at least it is not a Harley.
It's about the road, not about the chrome.

Unfortunately, it's a bit far to take the bike. I will be there in Sept.

Right. I can't speak Italian, but even though I'm Australian, I can speak English  . Yes, I'm a rarity. Just want to update the regulars, and the newbies, Davide, that there are now at least two (yes, tooooo) female forumers here, and by the looks of it, we're both as chatty as each other  , so beware!

Kaz, good to meet you!
