Im going to the TT with my mate this year, will be riding from ipswich, but ive never been there before so would be good to go with someone expreienced or who has been there at least once before...

That'll be 98% of the people there, just don't try to keep up over the Mountain with someone who
knows the road....

You'll have a great time, all friendly and the locals are pleased to see you.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Going for practice week, 26-31 may.£99 return on ferry, B&B in Douglas booked :beer:

Booked for the TT today, will be there Friday 1st till Sunday 10th,
Thanks to Daz (bikenutter) on the Northwestbikers forum for info on accomodation, really nice Bungalow, and nice people
We need a list of people who are going so we can try and meet up.
Me, my Partner and 12 year old Son are going, staying in Glenvine, right on the cucuit :thumbup:

mate your gonna love it! spend a day at kronky voddy, bikes on full chat within an arms length of your face :twisted: ( i got on the duke dvd TT 2005 there) :biggrin + you can take the back road into peel for lunch or the other way to kirk michael corner :thumbup:

Got a mate who needs a ferry ticket for practice week, Anyone know the best way to try and aquire one?
He left booking a bit too late and can't get a crossing. :thumbdown:

Tickets will come free in the next few days for all the people who paid a deposit but haven't followed up with the Rest of the payment. Not sure exact day, but call the steam packet each day and find out.

No way I'm going anywhere near the mountain on 2 wheels this year!!! going up there on the monkey bike last time scared the crap out off me with bikes flying past over 100mph faster :biggrin :biggrin :biggrin
