I'm glad you had good weather, I also thought it would be close racing going by the practice times. I would liked to have seen it on telly had it been on, as I live so far away,
cheers Chris.

Anyone seen MCNews this week

Hi All,
I could hardly believe my eyes, in MCN this week they have done a write up on the Firestorm, actually stating it as a "top value buy" I thought the report on it also pretty fair although to short. Whats your view?
cheers Chris.

Nice one Tony, Mind you most things like water cooled, shaft drive, vee twins, triples, vertical twins, single cylinders, multi-cylinders, over head cam's, steering dampers just to name a few, were all British inventions, unfortunetley these idea's were taken by different m/cycle companies and perfe...

It sounds like it is coming from the thermostat housing, if your bike is one of the earlier models that did happen from time to time, just keep your eye on the coolant level, you shouldn't be loosing enough to notice a drop in level. On the later models (mine included 99 model) Honda fitted a piece ...

Hi Katman, I enjoyed looking at your "nutter or what" as you put it video, it was very well filmed. The only thing I thought was a little odd was at the point when the bike passed oncoming traffic like the van for instance, when he was well over the ton i'd have thought at the actual passi...

Hi Myrtos,
Welcome on board.
Have you checked the rear wheel bearings and swingarm bearings, just because it is felt at the front end does not necessarily mean its a front end problem.
cheers Chris.

Hi Daz mate, How did you get on when insuring your well modified VTR Firestorm. VFR swingarm, Ducati front end, Mario full fairing and seat unit, special Art underseat exhaust just to mention a few of the cracking modifications that you have carried out. Its a crying shame you have to strip it down!...

Handlebar swop

To anybody who might be interested, Recently I changed the handlebars on my 1999 T Reg Storm to the newer ones which are black not metalic silver. They will fit with the same (16ltr) fuel tank and they clear the fairing. I compared the old and new ones when both off the bike. The only difference I c...
