Re: Puig crash protectors install
These are the bars
![Image](http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/05/25/b47cd4a2c5bd8147ec152c3f635813dd.jpg)
I bought the specifically because they were no drill but thinking about it I don't think they will protect the bike as much as drilled ones as the tank may become part of the bike protection lol.

Re: Puig crash protectors install
Ah ok. So I could just use the new bar which goes through the frame to knock out the existing bolt?
I assume the Allen key head on the pic is used to tighten the bolt to the nut on the brake pedle side?

Puig crash protectors install
Hi. Tried to install the above today. Got stuck straightaway. I couldn't undo the Allen bolt on the attached. Do I need to remove the castle nut first and if so anywhere I can pick one up apart from fleabay? The only instructions I got with the protectors are the very generalised ones attached below...

Re: Job offer to fit manual ccts
There's a fair few forum members in Cymru. I'm sure there will be help on hand. It's the timing and confidence issue that puts people off having a go at doing cct's. It's like a mental wall that some people hit and makes things sound more complicated than what it is. And then there is that nervous ...

Job offer to fit manual ccts
Hi. I seen the work through to fit the manuals. Even though it's sworn to be easy I'm still a bit nervous about doing it myself. Would anyone like to take this job on for me? Happy to pay a couple of hours rate? I am in newport, South Wales. My local indies are booked up for weeks and the honda deal...

Re: shuddering from front
Old discs? After markets? Pulsating at lever? Any different at higher speed?

Re: Motorcycle transport advice.....
I use a motorcycle delivery guy. Used him a couple of times now so when I bought a bike online, I am happy to give him cash and let him go and pick the bike up. He usually charges around 85p per mile one way. I broke down once. I got Swinton breakdown cover. A guy who knew nothing about bikes was se...

Tyre life before it gets worn
Hi. Got my vtr a few weeks back. The bike was stood for 5 years with very little use. During that time the tyres never got changed. They are sportmax tyres. When I've been riding I've noticed some slipping...today I had to brake a little hard going over a bump and the front end skipped and shaked. L...
