lurk mode off :-)
Booo, as I leap out from behind the curtain :-) I am organising another one for September so will post up here as well to see if anyone wants to tag along. Costs wise, the ferry prices are the variable, I got the ticket's for £106 for a bike and rider for Harwich to the Hook using the (ex) Squaddie...
Tools
Just for info, if anyone is looking for some quality tools at cheap prices, there is a small tool shop in Oldham (thats in the North for you southern shandy drinking pooftah's) that is relocating to bigger premises. Jonathan the owner is a decent bloke and instead of moving the stock he is having a ...
Same as Wozza
I got some HD pipe clamp things from B&Q, sort of like heavy duty jubilee clips, where about £4 each from the local superstore

:-)
Not sure what caused it on the SP1 Mine was caused apparantly by the hamfisted b8stard's at DK fitting a pair of new corsa's and a datatag at the same time. For some reason they fitted the datatag inside the rim and the transponder dislodged, and bonded onto the tyre....... a freak incident caused b...

I have a set.......
I have been running a set since June and done about 2k on them. I was on 207's before and would say that they seem to warm up quicker and grip very well. They are not as "stable" as the standard 207's that where on before, not a problem it just means the bike turns in that bit quicker. Del...
Speak to Stormsmasher...
Daz, aka Stormsmasher has contacts at ART and can get pretty good deals. Quality wise, the build is as good if not better than other stuff out there like Scorpion etc, I have had a couple of sets for different bikes from Daz in my time and never had any problems. They are on the louder side of noisy...

PARDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OGK FF3 :-) Noisy as being a wombat gunner...... If its quiet your after m8 give the OGK's a wide berth, I do like mine though as it fits well, is very light and the vents are the best I have ever had on a helmet. The visor release is pretty slick to and the visor aperture seems to be really wide gi...

You could always go up on a saturday m8, he charges an extra #50 for whipping the forks out and doing the job. That 50 notes also gets your forks refitted, raised through the yolks and your static sag etc sorted. All a bonus if (No disrespect) your not over confident in ripping out minor things like...

Not one of Del's but a genuine Moriwaki, so identical in shape and style to the ones delboy is making / developingthetyrant wrote:Looking good Del, what sort of price are we looking at for these Carbon Beautys
Also have you got any pics of them fitted on bikes ?
Cheers

I don't think Delboy made it, the black streetfighter with the red bar fairing was Daz Sears m8, who may be a Del :-) I never made the ride out after the initial meet so maybe Del (the original) did make it... If it was a red streetfighter with a MV Augusta tail unit, blade forks, full moriwaki syst...

Great day out folks
Thanks to all who had a hand in organising it today, sorry us lot from the North-west where a bit late but I am glad I made it just to see so many VTR's in one location. A track day would be cool, Darley moore, whilst not overley exciting is cheap enough to book exclusivley as was done a couple of t...

JC JC
Get hold of Jon Collier like Wayne said Toolkit. Both wheels out is a doddle with a JC stand. Just stick a bottle / trolley jack under the sump with a bit of packing then whip them out. You can even drop the entire front and rear suspension out with one of Jon's stands because they use the rear engi...
