Started off not too bad, had a couple of fags here and there but not many.
Today I have had non and its getting to me a bit.
I'm about to walk down the shop and get 10 fags !!

Any vaping tips would be greatly appreciated :confused

Best tip I can give you is to bin that one and buy a better one .
I use a kangertec sub tank and a cool Fire IV battery , I run it at about half power 25watts and it give lots of vapor and a nice smooth pull .with this set up you take it directly to lung .

Tho this is a good set up

Find a good shop for your juice , I use big juice as its smooth and comes in lots of nice flavours .
The tobacco flavours are nasty tbh regardless of brands .
With the set up above you want no more than 11mg nicotine or you'll be on your butt .

You'll burn the coil out in a week .
When it tastes nasty change the coil if you can .

I used a aspire etc-bvc tank on a ego battery like the set up you have there for a few weeks Imagebut soon wasn't enough and I wanted a smoke even though I had 18mg nic init .
I'd use up a coil every two weeks in it and the battery lasted two days

I was hoping to get rid of the nicotine in
a couple of weeks anyway,
but stay on fruit flavours, don't suppose it will
work out like that though.
met a women in the shop that had been on 24mg
of nicotine for the last 2 years !!

All depends on the juice you use and what strength it is . The juice I use is very smooth .
Two big chugs and it's like a full fag .

I buy 30ml bottles for £8 and it lasts me a week ,
It all depends on how much you use it tbh .

You can mod them but it's better to buy a good one to start with as it'll be more than enough for a long time .
You also need to think about coils when buying one as some you will find it hard to find replacements.
I can get two weeks from a coil for my kanger tank , I buy a pack of 5 for £11 .

I gave up smoking for 7 years sadly started again in May, I'm currently weening myself off them this week to give them up again by next Monday.

The worst part is the Habit not the nicotine, you need something to take yourself away from the rolling, holding the roll up/cigarette, after a couple of weeks your kick that part, the nicotine would be fully out of your system.

I don't see vaping as a good way to give up, your still taking something into your lungs, who knows what this is going to do to your lungs in 20 years.
