newbie trying to jet carbs( need help)

i am currently trying to jet my carbs with the factory 1.0 jet kit. I own a 00 superhawk with k&n filter and yoshi cans.Does any one know the proper turns out after you seat the slow jets snuggly? I pulled them out and can't seem to get them adjusted right. Also if anyone has any info on needle clip settings and main jets it would really be appreciated. :roll:
