DONE: Braided hoses, carbon fibre belly pan, tinted screen, crash bungs, aluminium weave hugger, high level cans, K&N and jet kit.

TO DO: got a undertray in the post to me, thinking of powder coating the fork lowers and getting them sorted and rear shocker next, also getting the exhaust downpipes ceramic coated to tidy them up, if there's any metal left in them that is.

i think someone needs to take my credit cards from me and burn them.........so much to buy and so easy to get.... and the bike show is this weekend also...

Kev m8 might be cheaper and longer lasting to get stainless downpipes, ceramic coating sounds expensive? my fork legs need doing the salt and crap this winter have left them seriously pitted.

the downpipes are supposed to be stainless steel, but they're poor quality and have discoloured badly.

ceramic coating from this place would be about £80 for a twin set up, but thats 2002 prices, not even sure if they're still going, not got round to phoning them.

I HAVE JUST BEEN READING ON THE SUPERHAWK FORUM ABOUT CERAMIC COATING THEY SAY THAT YOUR BIKE WILL INCREASE POWER AND RUN SLIGHTLY COOLER AND IT WILL REDUCE THE HEAT NEAR THE REAR SHOCK SOUNDS A LOAD OF CRAP TO ME DOES ANYBODY KNOW ||

If you go for the full Bhunna and get the coating inside and out, the heat shielding effect will reduce the heat emitted through/by the pipes, that bit is true, not sure about the power increase, might get a very minimal one because the exhaust gasses are flowing better through the pipes and out, but again that would only happen if you get the inside done as well, i'm only looking to get the outside done to clean the look of the bike up, the standard ones look very scabby.
