Flat or house to rent in Belfast?

Post by tony.mon »

Left field, I know, but it's worth a try. A friend of my daughter is moving to Belfast on Friday, he has a new job to start. But he can't find anywhere to rent, either short or long term. Does anyone have a contact that might be able to help?

He's reliable and not a party animal!

I dont actually know anybody but advice i will give if ur working in belfast . go for the outskirts, its only a small city, if it was me for price and to avoid the crazies look about 5 tp 6 mile from the centre, places like dundonald to the east of the centre or whiteabbey on the north side, those are nice areas but half the price of the centre... the North and west of the city you have to know your way about :eek2 , iv lived here all my life and i wouldnt know my way about still.
the south side like malone is student land so prices are crazy and its party town..

the east and out round whiteabbey close to me has gppd rail and bus links aswell and its only 10 mins travelling time.
the older i get,the faster i was
