Clutch Push Rod Oil Seal

Post by Harveyz »

Hi folk's - I seem to have a weep of oil coming from the clutch push rod oil seal (next to front sprocket) - I noticed it as my side stand joint seem to have a snotty nose - has anyone changed one and anyone know the part number - I've been surfing all night and an none the wiser - cheers

Are you sure that the snot on your side stand isn’t from chain lube, I know most of the sludge on mine is from the chain.

Also, it could be a weep from the clutch slave cylinder seal, so check fluid level.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

If your going to remove the front sprocket cover (complete with the clutch slave cylinder) remove the clutch lever first, that stops the slave cylinder popping out,
