Ok, I’ve now stripped it all apart. Bearings are ok - didn’t take much to push them out.

I don’t understand why there’s no spacer between them?

The housing is 76mm wide
Each bearing 19.5mm
With 2 x dust seals that’s 49mm total

That leaves 27mm gap in the middle that presently the bearings can move along unhindered. Either they are meant to be a tight press in (which they aren’t) or need a spacer.

I’m thinking 25mm wide plastic tube?? They can move 1mm each sideways without problem..
Good job I’m not in a rush…

Morning, have you checked a schematic parts list to make sure the sizes of the parts you’re fitting are correct?
