Or glad I drive a truck the size of a small village....lol
coming home from the store when a fine lad decided to run a red light at around 60mph. Things got a bit messy at that point.

Kind of hard to believe I was able to get myself out with no real issues and my injuries are mainly on my hands from the airbag and my left elbow which is giving me some issues with my left hand.

So how has you week been..... 8)

Not a nice way to start the week.
Going to be sore tomorrow, with that impact. Truck written off, or can you salvage her?

Thanks guy and no the truck is totaled, The last pic shows how bad the truck is twisted. The edge of the cab used to line up with the edgr of the silver tool box in the bed.

Flippin' 'eck Mike, glad you're still here to tell the tale 8O

You must have been pushed down the road with that amount of impact from that speed.
It even looks like the prop is hanging down.

I hope you're not too badly battered and bruised today?

Chris.

Compelling argument for a large sturdy vehicle.
Yes, you are going to be sore. A long soak in a hot bath with epsom salts will help.
Hope all turns out well.

I am doing much better than I should be. Good catch on the bits on the ground. The impact sheared the yoke on the transfer case and as it had a manual trans that was a top loader ( no linkage, the shifter mounts through the top of the trans) it also sheared off the top of the trans as it ripped the shifter out. So time to find a new (to me) truck

That is good to hear Mike

The impact certainly did a good job on your truck (or perhaps that should be "a bad job"), without doubt it was your lucky day to get away without more injury.

Good luck in finding another truck 8)

Chris.
