It's going to be a bit tight, I don't get back from the TT until the day before we leave!
I'm staying in a few days after TT week, so it will be back home, probably late in the evening on the Thursday, bike out of the van, pack and load, leave first thing Friday morning to Devon.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Yeah I’m only back from the TT 3 days before I leave for Devon. Might need to wear smelly clothes

Oh, I'll make it alright.

We're in a van getting into Heysham from the Island with the bike in the back, ferry docks at 12:30, drive home and unload the bike, pack and a quick chain lube and I'm ready to roll in the morning.

I don't mind long rides, but riding to Devon from Kent and then straight onto a rideout in a single day would be a bit full-on.
Do-able, but full on.

So as of today there are 11 berths taken. There are 3 doubles & 6 singles = 12. 1 double is reserved for Chris & Michaela, leaving 2 doubles & the 6 singles.

This means there will be 1 chalet that will require a double to be shared...

Alternative is to book an extra chalet... Issue with that is it may not be in the same block, or even avaliable, or even the same price. It will also put the price up a bit. Of course that will also mean on chalet will have 1 person in it unless we can get 2 more to attend. So put the feelers out & see if theres any intrest.

I'll check tomorow with the chalet bods.

OK folks Today I have booked an extra chalet to avoid the need for anyone having to share a double with a farting, snorning, possible spooning adult male.

As one double is reserved for Chris & Michaela, & I'm claiming one of the others as I'm booking the thing ! That leave 2 doubles that can be fought over on the day of arrival... I'm thinking some sort of gladiatoral combat, maybe jousting on the bikes...? Or full m/c gear wrestling ? Or just whoever throws a bag on the bed first...

The good news is the extra chalet is next in line on the row so same as this year No's 57,58,59,60 & even better same price.

So chalets are £253 each total of £1012. I have already paid a total of £200 as deposit. Leaving a balance of £812.

There are 12 on the list so that means £67.66666666 each to pay...Lets call it £67.67 ... Less your deposits £20 leaves £40.67 to pay.

This needs to be paid in full before 11th Jan 2023.

Happy to take it in instalments from now on...

There is one remaing single avaliable to fill if any one knows of a suitible candidate.

At the moment It's 3 per chalet except the one with Chris & Michaela will be a 4 & the new extra chalet has a spare single bed...

Right update. We have another Devon Newbie to break in...

Ryan aka Llodie2954...will be attending. He attended Wales so knows the score with the bantter & second man drop off... It's another yella Storm but we can forgive him that...

There are 4 chalets @£253 each. Total is therefore £1012. 13 Combatants...1012 devided by 13 = £77.846153... £77.85. So I have had a £20 depoist from all of you. Thank you. However the maths is in & the cost has gone up a bit per person.

So the total required frome each of you is now £77.85... Minus £20 depoit. The full balance of of £57.85...

Duffy you need to pay a further £17.18 so far you have paid £60.67.

Lloydie you need to pay a further £10.16.so far you have paid £67.69.

Tony you need to pay a further £17.18 so far you have paid £60.67.

Phil T. you need to pay a further £37.85 so far you have paid £40.

Everyone else needs to pay £57.85

The full balance of your holiday is required by Wednesday, 11 January 2023. As required by the Bradic*s

Please Please Please can you pay me a day or two before the 11th as I have to pay out of my bank account. Your Pay Pal payments can be switched to my account & I'd like it all in there before I pay it.

As Malcom is no longer sorting this out I'd suggest you bring a loo roll, & tea & coffee supplies. These can be bought in town on the Friday to save bringing it down & as chalet occupants get sorted on the arival day, once every one has sorted a berth then you can get together to purchace said consumables...+ beers of course...

Thank you... DevonStorm 2023 Administration Team.
