DevonStorm 2023...16 -19th June

Post by MacV2 »

UPDATE re costs plases read.

viewtopic.php?p=500441#p500441

OK so Malc has passed over the booking & admin for DevonStorm 2023. It has been booked & deposit taken 16th -19th June...Same chalets as this year...Option is open to add another Chalet if required.

El Presidente is overseeing Frank N Mac Acme Corp Entertainments division, who will be responsible for the following Mess... Please Note Route planing on the rideouts is not included in this package...

So I will be looking at booking the same 3 chalets as this year & looking at booking as near as dammit the same weekend. Friday 16th to Monday 19th June 2023. 12 spaces if 3 per chalet based on no couples or male bonding sessions.

If numbers of intrested parties go over 12 I will look at adding extra chalets...Depending on when this happens price may be diffrent for the extra chalet. Booking this now is apprently at 2022 prices...

As before the chalets have 1x Double & two singles... So thats either 3 sharing or 4 if we have couples....

Before I book it's £253 per chalet 3 sharing works out as £84.30 per person... If we can get that 4 per chalet 63.25 per person...

So please Show your intrest by posting on here. I will pay the deposit & will work out how much depoit is required to be paid to FnM Corp Entertainmet division . A full balance will then be required by 11th Jan 2023... Deposits & full payments are not refundable if you decide , that for whatever reason you can't come along afterall...Sorry, but think of it this way if the space you cant fulfill can be given to someone else the money they pay ( it wont be free) can go in the beer & food fund....

Thank you all for prompt paymet of the deposits.

Full & final payments will be required before 11th Jan 2023.Will be £64.30 to pay.

I appreciate this is not long after the Xmas cash fest so if anyone wants to pay in full sooner than that its fine.

Also happy to take it in part payments along the way. As long as it's paid in full before the cut off date.

As it stands all 3 chalets are taken. Assuming 3 per chalet with the exception of Jonesey & Michaela taking one Double + two of us in the twin.

There is the option of adding another chalet * or a bit of male bonding in the two double beds... 8O

This year the way it worked out it was just two per chalet, so far if everyone attends two of the chalets will have 1 in the double & two in singles. the 3rd chalet will have Chris & Micky in the double & two in the singles.

This may well change if the Luke Brothers attend, subject to conformation...Then I'll book another chalet...

* Theres is no guarantee any extra chalets booked will be in the same row just depends on what avaliable...
