Plans to revive the debt-hit Ulster Grand Prix in 2022 have fallen through in a major setback for Irish road racing with confirmation that the iconic Dundrod meeting has been cancelled.

The money being asked for was larger than ever before
And couldn’t be justified in these tough times
The only hope is that a few die hard road race fan can put a committee together for the 100 anniversary
Looks like money would have to come from the fans
told you not to but oh no you knew better

I was talking to some organisers of the UGP and apparently the official 100th anniversary is next year so might be hope yet
told you not to but oh no you knew better
