Vtr diet

Post by DJWALKER »

Hi folks, wanting to trim a few kgs of the storm i took delivery of a lithium battery today weighs 900g around 4kg less than the item I replaced !. It feels like nothing compared to the old one and it spun my motor over with ease.
Along with a full akra exhaust system around 10kg lighter than original and one of fabios flywheels and few other small bits im around 17kg down. So any suggestions for more weight loss ? Ideally low cost lol .

Blade six spoke wheels next.
Replace bolts with Ti ones everywhere, start with everything forward of the steering head.
Carbon instead of plastic.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Is there a particular model that fit mate?

SP2 swingarm, Fireblade wheels, 929/954 triple trees with fireblade legs. There’s tons of things to do!
