Booked :D
Managed to find a good crossing out of Holy Head.

11:30- 13.45
Holy Head to Dublin on Irish Ferries

Lets Hope for Calm waters and dry roads :D

I'll be catching the Roslare to Fishguard back, 7:30 on the following Thursday so I should get in a little sight seeing after the blur of the weekend :D

Just in case anyone is interested, as I've previously mentioned, me and Adam are carrying on after the weekend meeting in Newcastle, touring around the the North West over near Sligo/Letterkenny till Thursday.
Well things have progressed a little and we're seriously thinking of staying on even longer to go to the Armoy races on Friday and Saturday.
Anyone else going ?

time to get ready for the invasion of the emerald island. Saturday route planning started with the help of James and Fabio. we will post up a route on the WhatsApp group so people have a copy.

for those going onwards from Newcastle to Sligo on the Monday, I am working out a route to take in my favourite R200 to get us from North to Southern Ireland (although technically east to west)

In Sligo, there are some nice restaurants near the waterfront.

Then you can head round to the corner pub for some jiggly music.

I've arrived in Bushmills, near the giant's causeway.
No whisky for me, but a few guinnesses with dinner will set me up right .
Wife's driving the van tomorrow, because it's her 60th birthday, so I'm letting her drive for the day as a present.

After the causeway we'll drop into Joey's bar for a few, as I'm not driving, then I'm up for a nice snooze while she ferries me to the Slieve Donard in Newcastle.

See you all in Quinn's Friday night 😘
