What is going to be your budget rad cleaner?
I'm in Cambodia, near border with Vietnam

I am thinking that a 50/50 overnight vinegar flush is the way to go, after running the bike for maybe ten minutes with it in the system, I've also used baking soda in the past for large diesel engine cooling systems

It's a Honda, so it can be saved. The vinegar in the tank does work, just remember to fill the tank or swish sticky 2 stroke/similar around to stop it flash rusting instantly
