CB1300S, every time.

Especially this one: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cb130 ... 6VhEa0M%3A
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

Leevtr had a few CB1300's, bounced between those and the Storms. He spoke very highly of them.

my mates has the Red Frame Goes Wheels one, very nice creamy smooth bike, only struggles on tight twisty stuff but tramps on. Build quality is sweet. Heavy and the Dash can do loads of stuff. The black and white ones look crap ( imho) i was considering one. However the CBF is better in all areas i think. except if ya selling it. CBF,s are cheap not sure why!

my Daughter rides it and she is 5' 6" they have low seat hight, another reason we didn't like the CB1300 was the Pillion seat is stepped and hard for her to get on.

the CBF is a bit like the Storm, They seem a lot of bike for the money. The CBF is so comfy to ride, a tad boring to look at, but once iam on it i love it. were well looking forward to France on it next year.

I have not owned a CB1300 but talking to people who have owned one I have not heard many moans about them, supposed to be a good bike all round.

Hornet 900, I have owned one of these, personally I was not impressed, not at all, don't get me wrong, they do everything they are supposed to, there is a bit of iffy quality on parts, mostly brackets and bolts that go rotten pretty quickly, don't expect anywhere near Fireblade performance because you WILL be disappointed there, however if your looking for a commuter bike then it does a good job of it, and I suppose it does a good job of a bit of weekend fun, just prepare yourself that although this has a Fireblade engine in it, it really has had the fire taken out, personally I preferred the Hornet 600, it was a lot more fun than the 900.

If you are height challenged like I, and want a naked bike with a pair of cahoonas then why not try the Honda CB1100SF X11, I am on my second bike, they are big, heavy but quite low and at 5 foot 4 I can get my feet on the floor enough to feel safe. They sport a retuned black bird engine, and have tons of torque at hand.

This is the one I own now.
