Back to good health

Post by bigtwinthing »

Guys many thanks for the "Good news " messages. No excuses from me now to get back fit etc, i will have to pay for my prescriptions again soon, so i will try to stay fit and not have to buy any. Its quite odd that i have survived the cancer and it has changed my perspective so much on life. hence the potential new job change etc, Thanks for all the comments they have helped immensely, this forum is a source of great info but mainly for me, a great way to share utter crap about anything , get the piss taken but above all a great place to get to know people that you hardly ever meet. ( albeit the "Grain Bacon Butty extravagances") It was good to meet the Guys at the Cafe too.

The relationships that one builds on forums is a strange one. It's funny but talking to strangers...well mostly strange is easier for a lot folk than talking to those closer to home. One also finds when they write that they often open up more and words written can explain things in a lot more depth than speaking face to face. Not only that but the Internet brings the whole world together. Look how we have conversations on forums with those abroad. Everyone has a pen pal these days. Massive groups of them.

Thanks Chaps, i will be sorting a job soon, i would love a job in the local bike shop as its moving to a far larger premises in Jan. Ive serviced a lot of my bikes and my mates and am a fully qualified Mechanic but i have asked if he would consider giving me a job as a bike mechanic, i hope he does.

I've also applied to run a fabrication shop over Town. probably wont hear anything this side of chrimbo though.
