webuyanybike

Post by grinner1969 »

Hi guys, been a while since I been on, sorry.
Unfortunately I have come to a point that I have to sell my baby due to lack of use :( . So on the off chance rather than go to MCN or TRADER I thought I would give WEBUYANYBIKE a try, :wtf: ! talk about having ya pants pulled down and trying to pull a fast one!!!! Gave them all the details, included all extras, thinking they may come back with 7 or 800 quid.
Get this- £200 to £400  ! I have never been so insulted in all my life!
So sent them a reply along the lines of 'The exhaust alone is worth that :Richard: '
So my message to you would be, if you need to sell, then go through the usual selling routes as I will now do.
Thanks for listening to my rant :Wall:

i'm some what confused, because according to the adverts, you should be over the moon, throwing the money in the air(probably not advisable if it's in £1 coins)
just think you can use that cash to get a better deal on your new bike, although that might have to be a Raleigh.... :(
total rip off merchants for the stupid or too lazy.
HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!

just a thought, but lets play a game, all be it a childish one, lets all contact webuyanybike and being honest, fill in the forms and see whose bike is worth the most....
at least it'll be worth it to mess them around....
edit....
I've been offered £1117
the response was very quick, something tells me they didn't take into account the long list of extras.....
HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!

tl1000R - £1179 very precise on the price
freshly rebuilt storm pretty much new everything £599

Don't think ill be cashing in just yet. These people and the car people cash in on the fact that some people are so desperate for money that they will let their vehicle go for stoooopid money.
If it aint broke, get your bloody hands off it!
