Just wondering though if anyone out there has grafted a set of '02 VTR instrument cluster and petrol tank to an earlier model VTR. Why you ask? 'Cos the clocks look cool, have a biult in clock and 2 trip computers and the fuel tank can fit another 3 litres. Also 'cos I love my yella VTR and don't want to part with it! (Spent too much many on it already and rather stick with the devil I know than a 916/996) Can't really afford a 996 either of hem. ressale price for a '97 vtr with 30k km on the clock is crap
Also if any one is after trick little tear drop sheaped indicators with 20w halogen globes(front only) for their VTR am happy to supply. No cutting of fairing to make them fit. fitting takes no more than 20 min.
