It's a twin, Jim, but not as "we" know it.....

Post by Mav617 »

Hi guys,

I'm back on a twin - not a Storm though I'm afraid. I've got a 1996 Yam TRX850, needs a bit of work (don't they all) but I got a lot of practice on the Hound and it's not as big a project as that was
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

Good luck with the bike Mav, the TRX is another one on my list of bikes to own. So much potential to make a good bike even better

That looks well cool. The front faring is kinda similar to the Storm. I wonder what that tail fairing would look like.

trx are nice onley prob compared to storm is lack of power.they are both great bikes subjected to cost cutting when built alough easier to modify than the storm as most yam parts of that period are a lot more interchangeable between models compared to honda

Aye, already got my eye on some YZF "Blue Spot" calipers for the front, should match the paintwork: Image
