Orederd all my new kit from them over the past year or so..always a good price, always delivered quickly, good communication and easy to return if something doesn't fit or you just change your mind. Not always the absolute cheapest if you are looking to save the last couple of quid , but superb to deal with. I rarely go anywhere else now.

Not affiliated, just appreciative of a great company

I bought my Alpinstar Drystar textile trousers and jacket from them, found out that the jacket was too small and the trousers were too large, sent back and new ones turned up. I have used them for a few bits now.

ordered a pair of boots from these guys off their ebay shop and already at a good discount compared to list price, but when they turned up one of the white plastic panels was discoloured to an off white / cream just on one boot.... not super obvious, but a flaw all the same.

so I wrote back to them that night describing the issue, and said I wanted either a replacement pair or a good discount and happy to send photos if they needed them. next day bloke phones me up, offers his apology for sending flawed parts and offered to take £40 off what I paid. I said don't you want me to send you a photo as proof and he said "the fact I had offered to send photo was enough to convince him that it was real, so He would take my word"

refund paid that day.

I was very impressed with how they treat customers.
