Apparently it's a bit hit and miss, some manufacturers are great, and some mill the slots too close to the edge so the disc cracks from the slot to the edge. This is from a mate of mine who runs about 8 bikes and has tried several.

I think if you go for an established maker with a good name, they are good, if they are a no name steer clear. I can't really comment on these specific ones, but I would do some google searching for reviews?
