Your Favourite Tipple

Post by Mav617 »

Appreciate not everyone is a drinker, as the recent topic on drink driving proved, but if you do partake of the grain or grape, what's your favourite tipple?

Who's a Bitter man, or do you like your beer like your women, strong, dark and cheap? Not including lager top or shandy or creme de menthe.

Nowt wrong with shots though, I am partial myself to the odd Slippery Nipple....

Russian Vodka, Suffolk Cider & jagermeister or tequila! In that order or all in one glass, I don't mind!

Yes I'm one of those people who can't just have 1 drink in a pub :(

Mix it with a bit of Lemonade - you can get a 75cl bottle in Tesco for £13, they also do Apple or Vanilla (Smirnoff) at the moment, same price

Real Ale - and at crimbo; Sailor Jerry, eggnog and a big bag of wine gums, shaken not stirred.

Cider or shots. Beer tastes like piss so I avoid it. It's either cider if I'm drinking socially or shots to get hammered and/or drown my sorrows. Not too fussy as to what ciders or spirits/stupid drinks I'll have, though jäger bombs are an absolute blast :D you can never have just one though. And you can never sleep afterwards either

Bourbons ,not jack daniels that's crap,Jim beam is ok mostly wild turkey or knob creek ,problem is the better they are the easier they are to drink some being 60%proof ,these tend to make a mess.

i like the straighforward and fall down simple things - ale, continental lagers (original Budweis/Budvar) wine and whisky, not a great amount of knowledge but I do like the smoky western isle malts, Talisker being special (due campin on a beach in Skye, a fire and a girlfriend) :D

i don't like mixing things or sh1t like that - even coffee, ideally an espresso, but never with, milk, brandy or anything in,
