good work all of you,

I gave up when I was 14, I had only been smoking for 3 days !!.........I started when I was in hospital for an operation, and they used to tell you not to smoke before the anesthetic back then and I was sick as a dog after the op and could taste tobacco...managed to put me off for life.

Same thing happend with some drinks when I was 16.........I cant smell Southern Comfort or Pernod without gaging!¬

You're the perfect role model aren't you? Smoking at 14, tut tut :P congratulations to all though, I've had to put up with many people who don't have the willpower to quit (despite constantly saying "this will be my last ever")and their constant, hollow moaning :thumbup/

well done to all the ones that's stopped smoking,i know how hard it is to do..

i started when i was 12 and stopped in 97 until personal trouble started me off again in 05..starting again was the worse thing i've ever done and now i'm signing up for the smoking clinic at the docs

AL...whisky does the same thing to me..got drunk on it at school, stomach pumped, mega hangover and even bigger rollocking off the parents...

once again WELL DONE GUYS for stopping smoking...keep up the good work..
