Greetings!

Post by Malordus »

Bonjour, one and all.

Just doing the polite thing. My name is Lucian Van Wyk, South African-born guy currently residing in the Southampton area, and of course the proud owner of a 'storm. Very pleased to be part of the forum.

Welcome to the club Melordus. How long have you been over here? Crap weather at the moment, let's hope it improves soon.
There are a couple of members around your area should you need any pointers.

Greetings to the Northern Hemisphere.... don't worry it eventually warms up
Experts warn that winter could last until spring

The Met Office is now predicting that spring will not arrive until the
weather starts to warm up a bit and then stays like that for a while.

A spokesman said: “We had hoped that spring would start in the first half
of February, but if it’s snowing then it means it probably hasn’t.

“At some point it will change, maybe late March or early April. It should be
fairly obvious.”
Add some pics of your Stormbeasty and have a nose in the workshop knowledgebase section on essential jobs to do before the scratching season begins
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Ta chaps!

Hmm, been over here for about...10 years now? So a fair old while. Gotten used to the cold, worryingly :? Although the daily biking in winter may have helped lol (VTR is my only ride, poor thing...)

Very pleased to be here, already had loads of help from the community with regards to my poor girl and her rather bolloxed cylinder head. My mind has been put to rest on the cost and difficulty of the repair, so all is well - mind you, that's mor elikely down to my evening's intake of
