Been working on RXNine in prep for it's sale... Long story short the potential new owner dosen't want the bling bits.

So the rearsets* have come off & replaced with standard ones, the shonky undertray* with the twin lights has come off, Carbon mudgurd & hugger** are off, the ART cans & link pipes*** are off. Today has mainly been spent changing the loom as the one on it had been chopped to fit the shonky undertray...Also replaced the std undertray as the one on it had been butcherd to fit the shonky undertray...

* Both already sold...

** Going into the stash...

*** For sale...

The new owner clearly has no taste. Bet they don't turn up with the cash....

Had some plastic surgery!
After a good look in the mirror I decided it was time to do something about my aging man boobs and have them removed.
Out with the old and time to start a new chapter.
I must say, I’m pretty pleased with the results.

Sorry Chris
I could have written that better.
My old bike was often referred to as wearing an old saggy granny bra for a fairing. Also I had to beware of parking next to bins or it might confuse some aging Firestormer with the rest of the recycling

I got one of those coming too Pete :D the darker blue for me as the triton blue been about for years, still looks good but wanted something different. Should pick up on the first of sept then off to Spain on the 4th. got 2 days to run it in then 1st service, having to enlist the help of a couple friend to help run it in for me, I'll do first 100-150 miles then 150 each for them, then over to me to take for service, that should be enough, last minute cram it in for sure :lol:

Sadly I've sold my storm to help fund this, but it's going to a good home and one of my oldest friends.

Picture off internet.

Nice looking bike Pete, will be interest to see how it suits Scotland roads. Did you get your shock fitted yet?

Popkat, didnt have you down for one of these, but if you are going to cram in a few Europe tours, it might be perfect. Did you keep the Kat version too?

Well done, Mac, you can't be lazing about playing with bikes all your life... On second thoughts, erm,....
Hope it goes well, and that they honour existing holiday commitments for Wales😁
