Maybe, but I watched it slomo on Sky+, and it definitely looks like there was some fluid on the track BEFORE Brookes slid off into the gravel trap.
It looks like there was an earlier spill, as the grass is scuffed up as well at the edge of the gravel trap.
I can't explain why he stuffed Guintoli, though. Perhaps he's just a crap rider?
