My scores weren't helped by Karl Harris. What a day for him. An engine problem in race 1 when 3rd, then catching a flying Suzuki in your mouth after being run off the track a few corners earlier in race 2.

He's quoted as only having 'sore wrists and ankles' as well. Bloody lucky after being hit by a bike they think was doing about 120mph!!

I've driven a single seat race car round Thruxton and it is quick, but those guy's made it look so fast. Fantastic bike control.
