Those dates are fine Al , be nice if we could get more scots to join in the fun , but can't wait to see all the lads again.

iv the friday booked of in work already as has brokeback stevie. it also helps put a bit more distance money wise between scot storm and NI storm... good to go

Change of date doesn't really bother me but will check with tractor boy and the Bro in law (he's the one that has issues with holidays )

this will all depend on whether i have my new bionic knee in or not , its due around that time
i have told them i'm not available for this in august

Al I presume you're riding up the usual route, probably with Ady?

I still haven't decided if I am going to ride up or trailer it up and have the comfort of the car.

I found from this year's track days that it was actually do-able sleeping in the back of the car. I put the seats down flat and blew up an air bed. It was warm and comfy, much better than a tent. I'll have a new company car before Scotland and it'll be an SUV I think so it'll be even roomier in the back. As much as I enjoyed the ride up through the dales and the A6, I didn't enjoy the ride back in the rain last time, so I am very tempted to do it in the car.

you know you want to... qe are getting the friday boat i think its 10.30 friday morning then book the 19.30 boat back sunday evening but if we have plenty of time its always easy to get on the half 3 boat sunday afternoon back... its well worth the trip.

If it works out a few mates will travel as well so it will be after work so 19:30 boat i'm afraid

sorry about messing up the family trip........ but no sprogs means more drinking for you and more sweets for us........ result.
