Where do you go from here?
I think it is fair to say that you have been afflicted with the OCMD now , and I wonder what you will do next.

Thanks everyone for the great comments
I really am pleased with the end result
I have a few more things i need to do (clean this, Polish that etc)
but the next big'ish things are to sort the forks out and get the flywheel lightened
so please be patient with me as I start bugging the life out of you all for information
it's your own faults for being so god dam helpful

get your forks sent to roger ditchfield of revolution racing, the transformation is epic, iirc it's £225 and it's the best £225 you can spend on your bike, finally the front will feel connected to the rear.....

I'm not usually a fan of "race reps" or whatever you like to call them, but that my friend is excellent. It really suits the bike.
