Oh, yeah, I definitely remember being able to jog.

It was quite a few years ago, though.

Don't think I could do it now.

(And that was only on the vcr dial, tbh).

dont you just hate the way a 10 day weather forcast can depress you, we have a great sunny weekend and I cant get out on my bike, but no matter I have 3 days riding and camping planned, and it could be a good week end again.... right? :D ..... nah wrong :(

http://uk.weather.com/weather/10day-Rhayader-UKXX1478

Friday showers 30% chance of rain
Satarday Showers 60% chance of rain
Sunday Showers 40% chance of rain

only good thing is that our weather forcasters are so bad it will be a totally different prediction tomorrow!

Just clicked on your link, and it's now 10, 20 and 10% chances over the three days.
Even a bit of sunny intervals for Sunday!

Still taking my waterproofs, though.

Got a new tent, small dome one, just about big enough, I reckon.
And a big plastic sheet to throw over the top, 'cause it's bound to leak.
Or should that be leek?

Just checked and you are right, prediction is much better.

but as I said the only good prediction is that the predictions are innacurate............bunch of tossers.

so waterproofs and sun cream it is then

Clacket lane start at 10.30, and it's four hours, so, with fuel stops, about eight in the evening.

so Geo, whos still going and camping, and whos on the list of people who might turn up saturday for the ride. is the group getting too big yet do we need to split into 2? guess you will be running the rolling 2nd man system with a fixed lead and tail man?

if you are turning up Saturday, need to make sure you PM your mobile to somebody so we dont go off without you.

Those in bold on the first post have indicated they are coming. I think there will be about 15 bikes so no need to split but we will use the 2nd man drop off marking system with a fixed lead and back marker (me) It's important everyone sticks to it too so we don't lose anyone.

I reckon 14 happy campers including kev, sue and ads

as AMCQ64 just mentioned, IF YOU ARE TURNING UP SATURDAY FOR THE RIDE ONLY, PM ME, AMCQ46 or MJONESY YOUR NUMBER!!! That's you vtrtwin goody

I haven't heard from mark r, sandyback, Steve97 or Steve6088 who have all expressed an interest in coming.

And Mjonesy, get them trailer tyres pumped up!

If you have a spare minute, rough up those cattle grids with a bit of wet'n'dry, would you?

(actually, don't think you'll need dry)

I shall be bringing a friend this time, he's black and Islamic, so no funny comments, please.
He doesn't ride, except up a bit.
