oh its gona get ridden for sure. its gona earn its keep in my hands and i can retire the yellow one from track duties and it will be my touring/casual bike..
i could wait to a find all the parts i want or need for it but that could take months or years so its,get it roadworthy and get it out and add the bits as i go along. a nice set of big brakes would be nice tho.
the older i get,the faster i was

I meant at least 1.5k for engine already built. To make new one is much more expensive. Your best bet is to find new cams and pistons (pistons are available) and take it to Mr Roger Ditchfield. At the end this is the most efficient way, even for the cost. There is big risk to: do it cheap, do it twice.
I made one stage1 locally, peak power is ok, but there is still plenty to do with midrange, which is shite compared to Mori stg1 engine, altough it seems strong enough. On the other hand, it is fun to deal with, and for a long time :)

still a bit of work before paint but it getting close.. the headlight is from an NC30 and the cowl to hold it in place is small length of cut down drain pipe shaped and bonded to the fairing..
Nice work Fabio
I like the downpipe bit, ingenious that

Chris.
i spent about an hour searching B&Q with the headlight in my hand checking pipes, i must have looked a right wierdo lol.
The outcome is what matters ignore what others may or may not be thinking

I have to say something like that is getting quite rare now, not something that is going to come up very often I'm sure,

totally agree. Parts are becoming very hard to find (if you can even find them at all)
