My mother in law has just been Diagnosed with Cancer, but they don't know exactly what type yet and they're not rushing to do more tests, they think it might be ovarian, we would like them to be a bit faster and get her on to some sort of treatment, maybe it's because she's 78 ? but that shouldn't be the case.
i understand the fustrasion but they need to identify the type before the correct Chemo can be administered. I hope all goes well. Chemeo by the way is not mixed up until you are there for the appt. Its so high tech and done in sterile rooms, with gowns and through glass screens etc. No actual touching the mix at all, i was amazed. My chemo cost £19000 a go apparently. It worked though.
