One things for sure....the majority of us have been there and know how it feels. Take it easy for a while and let the body repair properly. If you get bored start teasing yourself with what bike to get next. And as Marty says listen to the physio, no pain no gain. You'll benefit in the long run.

Thanks for all your kind messages.Recovering well methinks? Got to have a minor op on my thumb tomoz and see a bone surgeon on wed so hoping all will go well? think it may be 12months or so before I'm fully fit and have persuaded the Missus to let me have another storm! lol
