After yesterdays Mr-jeff maintaince frenzy I went into the MacCave today to tidy up...

The joys of a well maintaind bike...

The rear pads removed & replaced...

Image

Image

8O

The removed rear sprocket...

Image

The whole rear end is covered in this black gunk, gen road shite & old flung chain lube...

Image

I counted 21 broken teeth...thats about the same as most of my 'Customers' in Plumstead...

No supprise your ride is smoother now Jeff !

I have to point out that this lack of maintanence is down to the PO not Jeff he's only recently bought it...

I think you really should strip & check the rear linkages ASAP, judgeing by the state of the rest of the bike I doubt they have ever had any sort of lube near them since the day they left the factory...
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

Tiger Grip, best disposable gloves I've ever used, don't fall apart at the slightest wiff of any chemicals unlike most of the ones I've had in the past...

Highly recomended...
