Chris, did the wife hear you talking on the phone to lloydie about how you fancied that Black Bird??! And to prove that she had got the wrong end of the stick you had to go and buy a blackbird

Haha well I don't know if she heard it or not so I decided to play safe  I have to admit I am very supprised by it. Handles rather well for a big bike.

It's making me wonder about a few things too but shall have to wait and see.

Just back from a blast up the B6399 to Howick where I stopped. 128 miles on the odo and 12.9 litres went into the 16l tank. I passed by where Watty's working but I think I was a little early for him. First time on the B6399 and it's definately something to sample if you're up this way.

I sit in a green house all day without AC sweating my nuts off for ungrateful snobs .

My box of bits is on the truck to be delivered today so the carbs are off and on the bench.
Ready for new slides and isolators

I will also re-tighten the new steering head bearings while the tank is off..... and why is it you always end up with a full tank whenever you have to take the thing off.... :Ball Kick:

Well have about an hour to kill if the UPS guy gets here at his normal time frame.......
