Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Found a box of locks while unpacking and decided to put a bunch on my rotors. Ilive in Thetford and bike theft is bad here. The bike in in a locked garage, and both wheels are flat, but Idon't want to take any chances.
If a job is worth doing, its worth doing correctly.

Ordered chain and sprockets, a Supersprox for the rear.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Fitted a Mosfet R/R to Smokin Joe.
Got one off a BMW S1000r via E-bay cheap ...
It's a big boy had to relocate the flasher relay to the inside of the sub frame.
Nue Red will be next to do which will be interesting to fit as the ECU is mounted on the sub frame so space may be an issue...

Went for a ride only 10 miles but was good to hear the bike fire up after sitting there for 4 weeks. Going to get valve clearances checked in a couple of weeks and maybe a new clutch new bearings and chain/rear sprocket probably put manual ccts on too possibly a respray undecided what colour or colours to go for.

It's been a busy couple of days in the Jamoi cave, been working hard on Hogthrob...
Here's wot i is done
Fitted Harris rearsets (made from spares I've colleted)
Fitted some nice condition standard headers (from AP) with twin scorpion cans and the special machined hangers.
Fitted my old gun metal gray wheels with fresh Supercorsa's.
Adjusted the WP shock to 347mm.
LED indicators + relay (flush indi's at the back).
Complete matching locks set (one key does everything).
Smoked puig DB screen.
CNC lucas top yoke and dropped the forks 4mm.
Oh and joined the red club
